Today 3-year Reflection Journal

Finally helping me start a journal habit

I have wanted to journal for years, knowing it would give me the space to reflect and grow. However, it's a habit I've struggled to start. But with this it's easy, daily prompts and only a few lines to fill. Sometimes i keep going in another Inspired stories bullet notebook, other days this feels enough. I love it.

I received it as a birthday gift a couple of years ago and loved it so much that I bought one to gift to a friend. I love reading back on previous years' answers to reflect on how much has or has not changed!
