Got this to see if it worked and it did. I had a 300 win mag i got for a gift, mounted the scope using the bubble level that came with it and it seemed OK. Missed a long shot when hunting with it. I used this and the level was off as well as the reticle. Now it's all level so will see how it shoots and add to this later.

I gave this product over an hour but ultimately couldn't get the magnet to sit level. I also fiddled with trying to get the reticle sharp on the lines and couldn't get anything but a fuzzy rough estimate. I chose to stick to a digital inclinometer instead.
