I used the brand new watch only 1 day after delivery and it dosn't work :(( It stoped and dont want to work. Disaster.

I erred in customizing the watch - replacing the yellow strap with a black one. Little did I know that the yellow strap highlighted the main facets of the dial.
I contacted support to order the yellow strap and was told no straps were available - hard to believe. What happened to the yellow strap that was removed from my watch?
So I ordered a strap from another site.
