Calm sleep
These do work for sleep well. Takes about an hour and I fall fast asleep. They're not as strong as some of the other ones, but I guess I may not tolerate melatonin that well because I always feel so tired the next day. The magnesium supplements from here are wonderful though and I use them every night for sleep with no yucky hangover.
