Limelight Hydrangea

They intentionally sent a much smaller size than ordered for a $1200 order. I ordered 16 7-gallon limelights. Upon receipt, I immediately contacted Simply Trees with photos that show what arrived next to 7-Gallon and 3-Gallon nursery pots. The plants I received are clearly 3-gallon. When I reached out with the photos, Simply Trees told me they cut the root ball down to that size to make shipping easier for them. This is a dangerous, undisclosed practice for the plant in addition to not being what I was sold. If I order an 8ft piece of wood, and the seller cuts it down to 4ft before shipping because they thought it would be difficult to ship the 8ft piece, that would not be ok, and neither is this. They did not sell the plant based on the top growth, but the size of the root ball/pot, and it was false advertising.

Beautiful and it will grow into a full blooming shrub!
