Disappointed with Product Condition

I purchased this product as a gift; however, I was disappointed upon receiving it. The protective cover appeared to have been previously used and was noticeably dirty. I can provide photos upon request for your reference.

Great handbag addition

I was replacing my original travel tangel teezer from at least 10 years ago and used the recycling option. It's been a staple in my handbag and in my wash kit for travel. It's a good piece, but I would have appreciated a larger range of colors / designs to choose from. They're out there, but just not on this website.
