Regulate™ Strips

I've been using Regulate for a couple of weeks now but not every day and just one piece at a time in order to see what works best for me. I have to acknowledge that when I do take it before my evening meal (which is when I feel the need to eat sugary foods all evening) the need to snack stops. This I like a lot. The taste is unusual at first but you soon get used to it: I just take it and look forward to not snacking after I've eaten my dinner!

Good honest products which do effect you in positive way. The only little complaint is that you have to use to 2 strips which becomes quite expensive on monthly basis. That said the product is really effective. The taste is strong but pleasant.
