I was going to contact you for more ideas. The only thing I came up with was watermelon toast. It’s OK in tea, but I drink looseleaf tea, and they usually have a flavor to them. I have tried it in my unflavored oolong tea, and it’s pretty good. If I come up with anything good, I’ll let you know.

This is my third order of watermelon sugar. I bought the first jar when we were in Pittsburg a couple of years ago and we love it. My favorite use is over cut up strawberries. Yummy!!
