It Pays to be Kind It Pays to be Nice
My 6-year-old grandson really enjoyed reading it pays to be kind it pays to be nice. And he really liked the fact that the character look like him so we were so pleased with this bundle of TJ's lessons. Will in the future order the books I had ordered the ebooks.

The books came right away to my email
The electronic books came right away to my email as soon as my order was placed. I did have to go to spam to find them because my email accidentally sent them there. The email came from TJ’s Lessons. The books were able to open easily on my tablet and phone. I have an iPhone but my tablet is not an Apple product so it seems to open well on anything as long as you have an email. It is in PDF format. It is professional looking, and the pictures and images are very clear and readable. It’s was perfect for our long car ride having the books on the tablet to read. The stories are very good stories, and one of the books actually has a car ride game in it, and we ended up playing it during our long car ride. So that was fun. My kids enjoy these books. So far it’s a favorite! So I’d say the value exceeds the cost. 10/10!

As a librarian, I wholeheartedly recommend
As a school librarian, I am always searching for books that both engage young readers and reinforce positive values. TJ’s Lessons accomplishes both beautifully. Each story in the series offers a meaningful life lesson presented in a way that children can truly relate to. What makes TJ’s Lessons stand out is how naturally it weaves character education into storytelling. The stories are fun, colorful, and full of heart, yet they teach responsibility, empathy, listening, and kindness in a way that never feels forced or preachy. Students will see themselves in TJ and the relatable situations he faces at home, school, and in friendships. The illustrations are vibrant and inviting, making the books ideal for read aloud sessions, small group discussions, or independent reading. Students will light up during story time with “A Lesson in Listening” or “Crayons Are for Paper,” and I can see teachers using “It Pays to Be Good, It Pays to Be Nice” to start meaningful conversations about behavior and respect. Beyond classroom application, TJ’s Lessons will build social-emotional awareness, something every library and curriculum can benefit from. The messages are timeless, and the stories spark the kind of reflective dialogue that encourages children to think, question, and grow. As a librarian, I wholeheartedly recommend adding the TJ’s Lessons series to any school or public library collection. These books are not just stories, they’re tools for character development, empathy, and literacy growth.
