they got the flavor right
I haven't had General Tso jerky made from meat, but I imagine it would taste exactly like this.

These are amazing and addictive. Every flavor is on point as far as tasting like the actual dishes they mimic. This has become my favorite jerky and i am a meat eating carnivore. This is one of the first vegan products iv ever truly enjoyed
