Dynamic Duo Edge Comeback Kit

As much as I love this brand and this product let me tell you shipping takes extremely too long this will be my last time purchasing because there's no way on this Earth but it should take close to 3 weeks to receive something that is coming from within the same country I live in. I've had things make it from China faster than coming from this brand. It does what it says it does but the wait time is extremely unacceptable unprofessional there's lack of communication when the product is going to be late there are no updates that are given just nothing just wait for it to get to you. It's disappointing because I've bought this exact Duo multiple times and I am disgusted by the wait time to receive this product so I wish them all the best but they will no longer be getting my money because it's clearly not respected there is no communication customer service is extremely rude will never buy from them again
