I have used these daily since my purchase. They are great for overnight oats, cut fruit, juice, simple snacks, or anything your heart desires. The seals work great.

I love these little pods to meal prep my yogurts or overnight oats for the week ahead! I have several Rigwa pieces and these are one of my favorites!
