Glass Drying Rack

Came in later than expected. The entire time since I placed the order, only thing it said was”waiting for details” until nearly 3 weeks later when it finally changed the status to say “delivered by (date)”. And I’m not sure but I think it’s missing parts because there’s two small holes on the side of the base that looks like it’s supposed to be plugged to hold the big rod in place. But the ONLY thing I got in the package was the base and the big rod itself.
