Received new adapter quickly.
Xtrallux staff is awesome, knowledgeable and pleasant. Don’t know how I could have lost my adapter after 10 days, I feel sure it will still show up, but they let me go online and order another one which they sent me promptly. I’m too new a user to experience results, but am very optimistic because I see big results in a good friend after 6 months. Gonna take patience, but I’m in it to win it😀
