Nice quality product, down fall is the weight and bulky

Somewhat disappointed with sound quality on phone
I find when on phone calls I often have to repeat what I said. Also, while listening on a phone call, I hear the sound jumping between the left and right speakers. Changing options with button presses has been very difficult and the results I get are usually not what I wanted. I thought JVC would be a better brand to try than some of the "no-names," but a cheaper brand I purchased actually works much better.

They’re ok. Volume isn’t very loud. Being JVC I’m a little disappointed. On the other hand they are comfortable. After a while you forget that you’re wearing them
