Great sub fantastic value
I have a pair of quad ESL 57s and have tried many subwoofers over the years. None of them seem to match up to my expectations. The micro 3000r are super fast and sound great with the quads. Maybe because they're bipolar. I don't know. I'm not an engineer but I love them

Small but powerful
Needed to replace a 20 year old large subwoofer due to moving in to new home with limited amount of space for a sub. This sub fit perfect in my space and sounds great. It fit perfectly under a small side table. I highly recommend to anyone who has limited space for a sub.

Direct Replacement for 2x SB 3000 Micros
I purchased 2x of these as a direct replacement for my old SB3000 Micros in a 2.2 setup that I use for music and tv/movies. Although I think the original Micro was an engineering feat in itself, I never thought the extension was that amazing, and the SPL, although good, similarly wasn't amazing. I have major space limitations, so I was perfectly fine with that. But I was prepared to replace them with more expensive and bigger options - KEF92 or even Sigbergs that would have not worked as well (and probably not even fit) in my space. So I was pleasantly surprised when SVS announced they were upgrading, and even more surprised when they announced the upgraded version would be the exact same size. The Micro REvolutions are game changers. I just swapped them directly out for my old Micros and leveled the volume to the old levels (I haven't time aligned or anything like that yet) and they are amazing. I have no idea how they crammed this much power into a sub of the same size. But they did. These things have all the extension and power I will ever need in my setup. Also I love that they included the XLR connection so I could get rid of my old lifted pin adapter (not ideal). I will say I had to return one of the first two I received. When playing a constant test tone of roughly 40hz, there was a faint (but perceptible) scratching noise coming from one side of the sub. I thought it was something strange happening with my room, so I swapped it out with my other "good" sub, and no noise. So it was definitely a flaw, but not one that was perceptible under normal loads - I never noticed it other than when playing the constant test tone. SVS did ask for a video that demonstrated the issue (the noise was faint, but I heard the noise on the video, but I'm not sure they ever did). But true to their reputation, their service was excellent. They offered to "hot swap" out the subwoofer - they sent me a new one right away, and I put the old faulty one in the box and sent it right back. The new one works perfectly so far - no scratching noise. Anyway, I love these new subs. They aren’t the cheapest option, but, in my opinion, I think the QPR is very high. I don’t think they’ll satisfy someone with a dedicated home theater space, but for anything short of that, especially where space is at a premium, I’m convinced these are the best option available.
