Review of SVS Micro R/Evolution 3000

It has been a great update to my Small (but mighty) SVS Home system I have in one of my rooms. I've purchased the New SVS Bookshelf, Nano, Center and now the 3000 for my set up to a LG 77" C5 OLED and Marantz70S with an Outlaw 7000. I have future plans on trying to get the SVS Titan or Tower speakers (just have to save-up the funds!) Great company, great service, and I really like Mr. Youcoubin, Nick and the other guy who does the videos (his name escapes me right now). Thanks lots SVS company!!!

Didn't expect this

I recently got a complaint against my using my two RSL Speedwoofer subs in my condo where I have a modest theater in my second floor living room. I had just read about your Micro 3000 evolution with auto cal. I never did much tuning on my speed woofers and let my Yamaha receiver do the rest so I felt it was time to switch out my subs for something a bit more polite. When auto cal reached the micro line I bought two in place of Speedwoofers. Simple auto cal, put subs where the RSL were and I was up and running. Put on a favorite Stephen Wilson concert (Get what you Deserve) and the second those drums came in I was floored. I expected polite accurate bass but this was the most exciting percussion sound I ever heard combined with thick, deep bass that didn't shake my walls but instead kept it all right in the room coming from the screen. Loved every second of the concert that I had heard a number of times but not like this. Rest of the soundstage was so open and alive it sounded like I upgraded everything. The room compensation control kept all the excessive boom out of the sound and my neighbors now hear nothing yet I should thank them for pushing me toward this SVS upgrade. By the way the piano gloss finish is beautiful to look at and fits beautifully in my living room.
