The brisket tasted amazing!! The reason I gave it three stars is because the brisket was 50 percent fat... Maybe I caught it at the end of the supply and caught one of the bad ones... I don't know. I can't justify paying 68 dollars for mostly fat plus 20 dollars for shipping. I haven't tried the hamburger meat yet.
