Almost perfect! The ability to do GHDs, Nordics, and back extensions in a variety of set ups to suit your body and ability is excellent. The addition of hip thrusts and Bulgarian split squats is very cool. I feel like a bit more thought could have brought in seal rows / bent over rows. For instance, what if the handles had a spring like the floor stand allowing you to tuck them away, and what if the foot plate folded down allowing you to lay flat? My other criticism is the decision to plastic cap the tubing ends. It feels cheap and surely isn’t that much different in production cost vs welding end caps? The number of metal burrs on all drilled holes also spoke to the cheap finish. Such a pity because otherwise, the unit feels solid.
