Kimbo™ Rolling Sharpener

ONG.... I have many different types of knife sharpers, trying to find the best one that consistently worked & honestly, never happy with any of them until NOW! Kimbos rolling sharpener is so easy to use it's child play (THIS IS NOT A CHILDS TOY) I have poor strength in my hands. I needed something easy to hold onto or require alot of downward pressure while holding the knife constantly at the correct angle to get the sharp blade edge. This truely ticked all my boxes. It took 15mins from the time I opened up the box, sharpened 4 knives that were blunt (squashed tomatoes instead of slicing) & then packed away. You couldnt ask for it to be any simpler, best of all it was fun & satisfying to use. I purchased an extra set for my mum who loves to cook & has worse knives than me.

Sharpens the knives just as advertised, fast and well and very simple to use. Only down side is if you buy one set and purchase an extra honing disc, ie ceramic, changing them over is a pain in the bum because they screw onto the same shaft, without a locking device. So when unscrewing the honing disc, the looser disc will always undo first, which isn't necessarily the disc you intend to remove. Better to buy two rollers with your choice of honing discs as an option.
