Storypod items are a hit

I ordered the science and exploration kit along with many other items. My Granddaughter loves them all💞. I live in the US and she lives in Australia. The owl craftie and the recordable Story Stickers have allowed us to create memories. Grandma, Grandpa and other relatives are able to send special stories and messages. At this time I am shipping these items to Australia. (Or packing in my luggage when I visit) I hope that shipping to other countries becomes available in the future. Customer support was also amazing to work with. I had double ordered items and had a few missing items. They did an amazing job with correcting my order. I’m returning this package not what I ordered and been calling them for a week no answer I think this is fraud how do I return this item this company is ridiculous never again
