can never go wrong with tecovas! Such a pretty pair of boots

The general quality of the Tecovas was amazing. The fit was great and the materials and craftmanship were exceptional as you’d expect from this company. My disappointment in these as they don’t look in person like they do online. I expected the ombré coloring to go from pink to an orangey tone into the tan of the suede and the orange section that appears online was missing in these. I realize that each pair are individually made so can vary but for the price you pay I did want them to look as they appeared online and they just didn’t so I returned them without an exchange.

I ordered the Limited Edition Ombre Suede boots in size 11. The first pair I received had serious quality issues—the pink at the top bled all the way down the boot. These are $455 boots, and this level of craftsmanship is unacceptable. When I requested a replacement, the right boot was fine, but the left boot was a size 12 instead of 11. On top of that, after contacting customer service, I was told the boots are sold out and was only offered 15% off my next purchase, which doesn’t address the problem at all. Overall, extremely disappointed in the quality and customer service for a product at this price point.
