I think the gummy‘s are good. I do give them props for the flavoring, they taste really good. I’m not really a gummy person but thought, oh well I’d give it a chance. They’re not actually bad again, the flavor is really good. I don’t think I’ve been on them long enough to know exactly if it’s beneficial to me or not I will possibly be ordering another pack to continue to try it out and then I can further give more review..
