Sober Carpenter - Raspberry Sour

Strong raspberry aroma quickly dries to a soft fruitiness with a very subtle spice touch. Quite pleasant. Very dry sour fruit flavour is refreshing, perfect for a summer day. Underlying malt is subtle, a soft spiciness mixed with a dry fruit taste lingers in the finish. Could use a bit more malt in the body to fill out the flavour.
