Love this NIR & Red Light Lamp

Super easy to set up, sturdy, and simple to use. I’d had it sitting in my cart so many times and honestly don’t know what I was waiting for. The coverage area is really good, and I love the adjustable angle plus the multiple intensity levels so I can tailor each session. I’m a terrible sleeper, and while time will tell, I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence that my sleep seems better when I use it in the evening. Really happy with this purchase and would recommend.
