ESF Acrylic Paint Base

I have not used this product personally; I bought it for my homeschooled 7 yo grand twins. Their Mom only allows totally safe foods, clothing and art supplies. I've been buying them zero toxins pigment powder so they can make their own water colors, and they decided they wanted to try acrylic.
