Excellent taste and tender.Prepared in Dutch Oven with vegetables and broth at 220 degrees for 8 hours. Bones had completely separated from the meat. Made 3 meals out of one pack of ribs.

Very meaty with a lot of fat.
Super tasty. The ground beef was extremely pleasing.
