Short Ribs

We loved the delicious short ribs. After the first dinner we made fajitas, and several wonderful lunch sandwiches! Thank you very much.

Very pleased with our first order. We slow cooked the beef ribs in a Dutch oven with a red wine sauce and fresh vegetable purée. They were delicious. I gifted a 6 lb piece of brisket to our son. Waiting for him to smoke it. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thank you Laura and Grant. We love you videos as well.
