Flavour is delicious works really well i only need to use half a scoop for my 1 hr 45 min gym sessions no after effects highly recommend

Great pre-workout

The flavour has a good balance of sweetness, gives a good itch and a pump, just what you want in a pre. You don't have to mix it with a litre of water for the flavour to be right, which I also like.
