Good robust material and the cap sits well on the head ( spacious crown size- some caps are small in crown size and sit too high). I wear it to honour my late uncle Sgt. Alec Hoffie ( died in 1996) who was in z special unit and besides doing stuff on the Krait he was on a four man mission to Lombok in 1945
