Too little, too late

I ordered tile samples from several different vendors in the middle of July. All of them except Nest came within 4-10 days which was important because we were meeting with our designer to make decisions. Nest tile showed up almost a month later and by then we had made our final selections. Based on the experience of ordering a sample, I lost confidence in the customer service aspect of the company, unfortunately.

They arrived carefully packaged so no damage. Occurrrd with shipping . The pieces were gorgeous!! O plan on ordering more
