It works. I have a cheaper amazon belt that has less selections but hits harder on pulses then this NextGen, but the long steady hits are more powerful on the NextGen belt. Materials of NextGen belt feels more durable heavier duty. Snaps on NextGen belt for module is super tight. I dont recomend removing module to charge the unit. Just keep it attached to the belt.

There's a little bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, these stimulators seem to work pretty good. Time will tell if they accomplish what they claim, but, so far so good.

Bought one for my daughter for christmas and loved it so much that i have to buy one for my wife and i to share.
