Terrible product and service.

Very disappointing product, much smaller than the impression given online. Quality feels poor and I am not convinced it is actually silver. Legally I should have been offered information about a possible return but could find none, so I asked about a return and received no reply. Under EU law all purchasers have a 14 day cooling off period with the possibility of returning the item. Terrible product and service.
