Better than expected
I ordered the classic size and when my friend sent a photo of the flowers that arrived, I thought the bouquet was both more beautiful and fuller than the website image indicated - and they already look pretty great online! Communication and delivery were also perfect. Thank you!

Nice flowers, glitchy delivery
The bouquet was very attractive and well received, however the person delivering it at an address in some flats miss-read the address when handing over the flowers to the concierge, so the recipient got them 24 hours later. A case of human error and not a massive crisis, but a bit irritating. Would I use The Flower Yard again? Yes.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter’s birthday. The roses did not look fresh when they arrived. Several blooms already appeared to be wilting, and by the following day they were clearly dying.
