Before I complain - I appreciate your customer service and quick response times to my questions & feedback. But I'm completely unsatisfied with the product you provided. It looks like you literally took the photos I sent and cut & pasted them using MS Paint program. I attached an image I created using ChatGPT (free version) and it's so much better than the one I paid you almost $70 for. My head is out of proportion to the body and my wife's face only somewhat looks like her. It appeared OK on the screen when I approved the artwork, but the reality when it arrived via digital file and when I printed it up as one of our anniversary gifts last week were a complete let down. Fortunately, she has a good sense of humor and laughed about it, but, humor was not what I was intending. Your artists completely failed in the final product on this one. If a free AI can do a better job in less than 5 minutes, you really need to consider the quality of your creative staff. I know real, live folks that can do a better job - I was willing to pay for it from you because I liked the concept and the photos your showed in your advertisements were very well blended. Honestly, I believe you owe me my money back. The only reason I haven't left negative reviews on social media at this point is because of the positive customer service interactions.

My husband loved the Viking picture I gave him for Valentine's Day. I purchased the digital image and also put it on a t-shirt which is really fun as well!

The best gift ever! I have given 3 of these “Turn Me Royal” portraits as gifts over the past few years, and they are the biggest hit! They are very well done. Everyone loves them.
