Short notice order

I ordered the bouquet late afternoon as a leaving gift for delivery to an address in South Kensington. I asked if they could deliver before lunchtime the next day. The bouquet was received at about 11.00am as requested. The recipient was delighted. Great service and lovely flowers, thank you.

Disappointed

Although the flowers arrived on schedule, they were not as in the picture that I had ordered. The flower food was not delivered with the flowers as described.

Disappointing

The bouquet that arrived did not even closely resemble the images that were advertised in terms of flowers or colour palette
