Awesome having access to replacement parts and tech videos!
I think this knob got damaged when moving across the country initially, but finally gave up the ghost a few years later. Luckily Feedback had the replacement part, and then pointed me to a video showing how I could remove the broken piece. So stoked I had this vs having to shell out $180 for a whole new arm (though that one looks pretty trick).
