Chamomile Mint

The new bedtime Favorite

I have several chamomile teas from different blenders and so I don't actively look for new chamomile blends. I got this as a gift with purchase and after 1 cup, immediately ordered a tin of it. The spearmint is flavor forward and makes a wonderful partner to the sweet chamomile. I love this blend for a restful nights sleep.

Very fine!

Of the 4 brands of chamomile mint teas I’ve tried, Tiesta tea is the best. One teaspoon in 18 ounces of boiling water with a half teaspoon of honey steeped for about 5 minutes worked best for me. The mint and chamomile are perfectly balanced there are other subtle flavors that produce a really mellow relaxing after taste rather than the slightly bitter, grassy aftertaste that many chamomile mint teas have. This is a very very fine tea!
