QA - Duty Identifier Patch with REAPER

Patches are nice and great quality. Reapers customer service is non-existent. Lead time was 4-6 weeks which was fine. My order shipped at nearly 10 weeks. I emailed there customer service seeking updates on 3 different occasions (12/9/23, 1/6/24, and 1/17/24) and never received a response. This will be my last order from them as the lack of communication is not acceptable.
