This item is beautiful and my birthday gift for turning 70. There's science behind breathing and this actually works for calming yourself down if you suffer from anxiety and negative thinking. I know what you're thinking I'll just use a straw well straws don't work. There are less expensive models starting at 85 bucks. A beautiful functional piece of jewelry.
