Bad to no communication

One of the hats (I ordered 2) I ordered was not even close to the color I thought it was in terms of the picture on your site, the other one was identical to the picture on your site, I called to get a refund because I couldn't find a replacement on the site (totally different issue), I received a notice from ya'll saying the refund was processed, when I didn't see it on my account I attempted to contact ya'll to find out how long does the processing take for me to receive the funds, knowone responded to this question, so how would you feel if that was you, I didn't like or appreciate that!!!

A nice sporty everyday summer weather hat. Vent in the hat cool the head very well. Nice brim.
