I spent the better part , of three days, discussing a certain topic with the reps at Freebird. Several things stood out. One, how quickly they responded to my inquiries. The second thing was that I felt hey listened to my questions, were empathetic to my input and were genuinely concerned. The final item was they offered me solutions. While I did not complete my transaction , it was because I changed my mind. Your team, and there were several people I spoke to, had all three qualities I described above.

I thought the FlexSeries was amazing, then I got the Pro

I seriously couldn't believe it ACTUALLY got better. I've had at least 4 different electric razors in my adult life and this is above and beyond the BEST. I really enjoyed my FlexSeries, but then decided to go with the Pro on a whim. I'm incredibly glad I did - clean up alone was worth it, but the shave is even closer and the blades are even MORE flexible. I don't think I'd believe it, if I hadn't seen it myself. Highly highly highly recommend

Night and Day difference

Just used the NEW Model and wow what a shave. Been very happy with my original, however this new model is awesome. Highly recommend this to everyone that uses a razor or other type of clipper to trim their head. You will not be disappointed.
