Exemplary customer service
I ended up returning this part. Beautifully crafted but didn’t fit my space or needs. More importantly, I was delighted with the ease of the return process and wasn’t even charged a return fee, which I was expecting and would be reasonable. Starting with my purchase of the Superkop lever machine, all my interactions with ProCoffee have been exemplary. In this case, Alex communicated clearly and promptly via email. It’s little touches, but including a picture in the gmail profile lets one know clearly that one is dealing with real, concerned people, not an animated bot. I won’t do business anywhere else as long as ProCoffee carries what I need!
