Product is great but arrived damaged due to poor packaging
The item arrived as advertised. It was the right size and style. Sadly 5 of the 6 tiles were damaged on the corners due to inadequate packaging. The top and bottom of the box were well cushioned but the corners were not. Thankfully, we were replacing damaged tiles in our basement and most were edge pieces so we were able to cut off the worst damaged areas and still use the tiles. Very disappointed with the packaging and condition of the items.

Purchase of ledges
I am assuming the ledges you are referring to are " two feet by two feet ceiling tiles (1205 Single raised panel)". I bought these for my basement ceiling about 14 years ago. I had a water leak and had to replace some of the tiles which is why I made this recent purchase. They are quite easy to install once you have the main beams in place. Although rather expensive, they arrived by FedEx, undamaged, and well packaged to prevent damage.
