Fantastic Recovery Tool
For ages I have used a lacrosse ball for rolling out my feet and hard to reach spots on my neck and back. Upgrading to the WaveSolo has been a game changer. Prior to purchase I saw reviews that said its vibrations aren't strong enough — I’ve found them to be more than adequate — and that the flat spot where the power button is gets in the way of rolling — I’ve found it easy to position the ball so that spot isn’t a problem. 10/10 recommend.

So soothing for my hands!
I bought the Thera Ball for my arthritic hands, and I am very pleased with it. I have to exercise my hands every morning to alleviate pain and keep them working (after wearing compression gloves all night), and I use this vibrating ball to sooth them after all the exercises. Then I am ready to begin the day! I love it and would highly recommend it.
