Ineffective
I tried the TheraCup hoping it would help with muscle relief and recovery, but unfortunately it didn’t deliver the results I was expecting. Despite using it consistently and following the instructions, I didn’t notice any meaningful improvement in soreness or tension. The concept is appealing, and the device itself seems well-made, but in terms of actual effectiveness, it fell short for me. It may work differently for others, but based on my experience, it wasn’t worth the investment. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn’t personally recommend it if you’re looking for noticeable relief.

using it in between therapy appointments to sustain treatments. Appreciate the heating and vibration features. Easily portable and charge lasts a long time.
