Sent with patches already on it
We bought this for our 5 year old twin boys to use at the lake. They are only 41lbs lbs each, and within the first use over the 4th of July holiday it started to deflate quickly. So we had to search for the hole so we could patch it. During the search I discovered our ānewā slide had already been patched before, even though we had just opened it!! They must have sent me a defective or used one and now it starts deflating within 1 hour of use despite us trying to patch the hole in the seam. This is Way too expensive to be such poor quality.

Slide N Smile Combo
Very excited to receive this in time for July 4th. Used it once and the slide zipper came unsewn. Claims process was fairly easy minus finding the āproduct codeā which is not clearly marked under the warning label on the slide (just numbers listed). We did receive a replacement slide five business days later. Unfortunately not in time for July 4th gathering. Happy with product and claims process minus a few hiccups.

WOW this didn't last more than 1 day
Was fun, but had a tear after 1 day of use. The tear occurred where the zipper flap is attached to the rear bottom of the slide, used for connecting the red water walkway. The stress of the water walkway pulling on the connecting zipper flap caused a tear in the float. Was used by 5 kids under 10 yrs old, ranging 30 lbs to 90 lbs. I got on there too, at 240 lbs, which may have been too much. However, the pictures online show adults using it so I thought I could.
