One of the best alignment/movement books I've ever read!
I am now retired but I've been a fitness instructor, Yoga/Stretch and Water Aerobics, for many years. I was also a dancer in my early life. This is one of the best books I've ever read on alignment and movement. It very clearly shows and explains misalignments and how to correct them. Thank you for writing this book!
