Pod Ice Bath

The Pod Ice Bath works like a charm. For my multi-sport (football, wrestling, and lacrosse) 16-year-old son and his mid-60s dad, the Pod Ice Bath works tremendously; facilitating recovery in conjunction with the steam bath. I was never dialed into age-appropriate levels of exercise. I’m not sure how much anyone really enjoys an ice bath, but they work. The Pod Ice bath is easy to set up, functional, and works great. Seriously considering adding the chiller to bring our recovery to the next level. Thanks, NuCover
