A white switch puller that helps you easily get the switches off the PCB. It might not be fancy, but it will get the job done.

This switch puller lies good in hand and can carry a lot of force if a switch is really "stuck".
But this is also a disadvantage of this puller - the "teeth" are simply too thick in my opinion. Being so thick, they really have to dig into a switch and/or plate. If this is a softer plate, it can definitely produce a scratch.
