This switch puller lies good in hand and can carry a lot of force if a switch is really "stuck".
But this is also a disadvantage of this puller - the "teeth" are simply too thick in my opinion. Being so thick, they really have to dig into a switch and/or plate. If this is a softer plate, it can definitely produce a scratch.
