The fact that I can customise the necklace and even emailed the girls after I had placed the order to rearrange how the initials were to be placed in the necklace, is the kind of customer service you never forget! I also love supporting local and being based in Burleigh at Kaarme Koti means I can pop in and pick out my next pieces in person and I love that and meeting the girls behind the scenes of such an incredible brand!!

Love the longer length, it layers perfectly with my dainty gold necklaces. Fantastic, sturdy quality with great quality materials too. I love it.
