poor service

we bought this tracker because we moved to a new area and our dog ran away. we wanted something to help us feel safe with her. We have had nothing but trouble with this product, we are never on line for the gps issue. and to get someone to help us is not great. I feel that if our dog ran away again we would never find her as we never seem to be able to be on line for the gps. We were traveling this weekend and went on line to see where she was and to our surprise we were off line all weekend. so frustrating. And do not get me started on the service. just over it!
